Our Current Community Partners
Arthur Street Hotel, a harm reduction, housing first program that uses temporary hotel stays to address the barriers to permanent housing for unhoused people.
Arthur Street Outreach Program, a daily street outreach program that provides critical resources to people living in encampments and on the streets.
The Hope Village, also known as the Safe Outdoor Space, a temporary housing program that provides food, shelter, showers and outreach services.
Up for Women Day Shelter, a drop-in day shelter for unhoused women and their children and marginalized genders, providing a safe space, shower, restroom, use of telephone, a mailing address, and connection to services.
Forgotten Louisville, a street outreach program that takes food and other resources to people living in encampments and on the streets.
Hope Garden, a farm located in the west end of Louisville who feeds the unhoused community nearby weekly.
Sister Visitor Center of Catholic Charities, an emergency assistance program providing basic food and other resources to Louisville residents living west of 9th Street and north of Broadway.
Change Today Change Tomorrow, a food justice organization that hosts pop-up food pantries throughout the week in various locations around West Louisville as well as home delivery to those without transportation.
